The Micro DFD™ (Micro Dog Floatation Device) is a purpose-built small dog life jacket for pups under 15 lbs. With extra flotation, micro-adjustable straps, and a low-profile design, it provides maximum safety and comfort in the water—ideal for beach days, boating, and pool time.
My 9-pound terrier mix finally swims without me panicking—the extra flotation keeps her rear end up even in choppy water. The low-profile design doesn’t snag on bushes when we walk the shore between swims.
The micro-adjustable straps are a game-changer for our squirmy 8-pound chihuahua—finally a snug fit that doesn't twist. He splashes around confidently at the lake's edge, and the low-profile build doesn't interfere with his paddling or his zoomies on shore.
Our 11-pound terrier mix usually panics near water, but with this vest’s low-profile design she actually paddled around without tipping. The extra flotation keeps her rear end up nicely, and the straps adjust so snugly I forgot she had it on during our first lake trip.
