The clasp feels solid and the length gives me just enough control when we pass other dogs on the busy boardwalk. Took it to the lake yesterday, and it stayed grippy even after getting fully soaked.
My pup and I live downtown, so every walk is a battle against bikes, strollers, and off-leash chaos. This leash keeps him tight and controlled even when a whole crowd is moving past us, and the grip stayed comfortable for our whole 40-minute loop.
Took this on a crowded riverbank last weekend and the extra length gave my dog real freedom to swim out while I stayed dry on shore. The grip handle stayed comfortable even when he yanked after a duck. Solid buy for anyone dealing with busy water spots.
